TitleAlgorithm for defining and analysis of the precise and relative amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency
AuthorsTodor I. Ivanov, Liliya A. Petrova
CategoryElectronics, Electrotechnics
AbstractIt is reviewed an algorithm for defining the difference between the precise and relative amplitude and phase-frequency characteristics of consecutive and parallel oscillating circle. Comp?ring the measured difference with the preliminary set conditions it is possible to define the quantity of the amplitude, for which is expedient that the precise and relative relations to be used.

TitleAnnihilation of a muon neutrino and antineutrino into an electron-positron pair in an electromagnetic field
AuthorsV.A. Gusseinov
CategoryPhysics, Astronomy
AbstractThe cross section for the production of ultrarelativistic electron-positron pair in muon neutrino and antineutrino annihilation in an external electromagnetic field is calculated. The asymptotic behavior of the cross section as a function of the kinematical and field parameters is studied. It is shown that the new channel of the reaction arises at the expense of quantum effects. For the strong magnetic field case the cross section of the process does not depend on the masses of the charged leptons. The contribution of the weak external field to the cross section of the process is very small. It is shown that the considered process can be one of the possible sources of cosmic electrons and positrons of high energy.

TitleGood gevernnace issues and the Musharraf regime: an analysis
AuthorsSohail Mahmood
CategoryEconomics
AbstractThe Musharraf regime faces serious governance challenges. The first major external challenge is the globalization of the world economy and the accompanied shifts. The trend is occurring partly because of the reduction in communications and transport costs in recent decades. Globalization has increased capital flows and trade worldwide. Some developing countries that opened their economies appropriately have been successful in achieving prosperity in less time. Since 1990, capital flows to developing countries have increased six-fold, according to the World Bank. This development have been linked with another important global change – a paradigm shift towards development of a global knowledge economy. The two coupled are perhaps the single most significant change of our times. We are living in an era that is characterized by rapid change due to various technological, economic and social changes. Countries have jumped from poverty to world economic power in a single generation….

TitleInfluence of deposition conditionson intrinsic mehananical stress in ion plated DLC thin films
AuthorsJordan Kourtev, Iliya Garnev, Katya Christova Victor Orlinov
CategoryElectronics, Electrotechnics
AbstractResults of some investigations on the influence of deposition conditions on the intrinsic mechanical stress in diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin films deposited by ion plating in benzene vapours on <100> silicon (Si) substrates are given. The determination of mechanical stresses is performed by the Newton rings method. Dependences of the intrinsic stress on main deposition conditions - benzene vapour pressure, substrate bias at constant film thickness, film thickness at different time of deposition and two different bias voltages as well as on the film thickness after several steps of ion etching of post deposited thin films are also investigated. Some conclusions are drawn about the character and the origin of the mechanical stress in such films. For the first time dependences of the deposition conditions on intrinsic mechanical stress in DLC thin films deposited by ion plating are presented. A physical interpretation of the results obtained is given. It is shown that under definite experimental conditions an approximately zero value of the mechanical stress can be obtained, which is very important for applications of such films as protective wear-resistant coatings. The near-to-zero value of the intrinsic mechanical stress in the coatings significantly enhances their adhesion to the coated parts.

TitleInternet site statistics
AuthorsNikolay Petrov , Polina Petrova , Nelko Gazibarov
CategoryIT and Computing
AbstractA Method for traffic modeling in networks with distributed control system is suggested. Arbitrary Internet server statistics is produced. In this report, on base of the obtained results and deduced correlation of our investigation, an extra filter adjustment for relevant site access is achieved.

TitleLangmuir-blogdett films and fluorescencelifetime study of fluorescent probe labeled octadecylamine
AuthorsHai-Ning Cui Jin Wang Guo-Liang Yuan Wen-Yu WangShi-Quan Xi
CategoryChemistry
AbstractOctadecylamine was derivatized with 8-anilino-1-naphthalene sulfonic acid in order to simplify and understand the Langmuir-Blogdett (LB) Films films of fluorescent probe labeling proteins. Its monolayer and multilayers in the absence and presence of stearic acid were deposited by LB technique. Fluorescence spectra and lifetimes of the fluorescent products were carried out to elucidate the microenvironment of molecules in the LB films.

TitleStrategy for optimal technical service of aircrafts
AuthorsNikolay Ivanov Petrov
CategoryElectronics, Electrotechnics
AbstractTechnical service(TS) of air-crafts in the Bulgarian military airforces concerns with a regular control of the intensity of failure flow, determining the depletion of their technical resource [1]. The systems for technical service(STS) of aviation equipment of aircrafts are reviewed in [2]. The most-widespred of them is the STS for conditioning which is characterized by control of the working ability(CWA) of basic parameters(BP) at a particular reliability level(possibility for faultless operating or permissible value of BP) of aviation systems(AS) and STS for workout characterized by periodical execution(at a particular level of workout) of regulation work, intermediate and basic repairs of AS of which CWA Is financially unacceptable or impossible in the process of air and technical exploitation. A mixed STS(MSTS) is suggested in the paper, which is a modification of TS for conditioning and is characterized by periodical CWA For BP at a particular level of reliability (possibility for faultless operating or permissible value of BP) of AS, while these AS of which CWA is financially inacceptable and define the safety of the flights are serviced by workout.

TitleXML-based format for trained neural network definition
AuthorsDenis Rubtsov,Sergey Butakov
CategoryIT and Computing
AbstractIn this work a format for neural network models description is introduced. Its main purpose is to provide a unified way for neural network model definition. Format allows interchanging neural models as well as documentation, store and manipulating them independently from the simulation system that produced it. We propose to use XML notation for full description of neural models, including data dictionary, properties of training sample, preprocessing methods, details of network structure and parameters, method for network output interpretation. The first version of DTD for neural model description language is developed. A model description structure, contents of main issues in XML document and example of software structure for handling files with neural model description are presented.
